Clarification from Delphi

I heard from Jennifer Newman from Delphi about the promotion I blogged about.    Straight from them (with the unfortunate punctuation errors my php script does [...need to work on that]):

Read your blog with concerns on the gift card. Appreciate the feedback, and have passed it
on to our Marketing Director and CEO. I understand your point. The flip side is a coupon is
 more of a $ off the current purchase. Some customers have gotten confused and thought they
got $10 off the current purchase. At the end of the day, we\'re trying to say thanks for
shopping at Delphi and here\'s $10 off your next purchase during the following time frame.
I agree w/ you about fees on gift cards - I hate those!

The big message here?  If nothing else Delphi listens to their customers.  Thanks Jennifer!
